ATLANTIC FRC MAINSAIL

  • The new FRC mainsail has a radial clew which enables the sail to hold it's shape better in all wind conditions. The radial foot helps the lower part of the main to stay flat when you tension the outhal. The radial head helps carry the shape all the way to the head and keeps the draft from moving aft as the sail is loaded in heavy air. The improved panel design will improve the sail's durability. The sail will stay faster, longer. Our standard multi-championship AP mainsail is also still available.

ATLANTIC AP MAINSAIL

  • Using North exclusive "Olympic" dacron, the Atlantic AP Mainsail comes standard with the North introduced "super sighting window".

ATLANTIC AP JIB
  • The Atlantic AP Jib was redesigned and is the sail that powered "Team Foster" to victory in Cold Spring Harbor.

  • The Atlantic AP Jib os made from North exclusive "Olympic" dacron.

  • A telltale window is included as a standard feature.

  • Sighting window is available as an extra.

RADIAL CLEW SPINNAKER

  • The Atlantic Class Standard for all-around downwind performance is still North Radial Clew spinnaker.

  • Available out of .75 oz. nylon or AirX, the Radial Clew spinnaker is powerful and strong enough for the early and late season blows while being responsive and easy to trim in the light air drifters in the summer.
